Daniel was born in Hollywood, California and raised in Santa Clarita Valley. He found passion in sports, playing hockey and football throughout his childhood and into high school. Because he enjoyed the physical and competitive aspect of sports, he decided to join the United States Marine Corps as an Infantry Marine. During his time of service, Daniel learned the value of sacrifice, duty and team-building which he incorporates into his work daily at Unit 7.

After multiple combat deployments, Daniel left Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune in North Carolina and moved back to California to study Political Science at Cal State Long Beach. As his understanding of politics grew, he began to realize the fundamental importance of communication skills not only in the political domain but in all aspects of life.

Currently, Daniel is a Market Director for Salt Lake City, Utah with a mission to help veterans integrate back into civilian culture, helping build their communication skills while helping them transfer their military experience into the business sector.

Outside of work, you can find Daniel with Hurley, his beloved black Labrador. He also enjoys hiking, surfing, and loves being outdoors.
